EXPERIENCE:

Project Manager with over 28 years experience in land surveying services. Various types of surveying projects include quality control for multiple miles of right-of-way surveys for land acquisitions and design projects, boundary surveys, horizontal and vertical control surveys, topographic, as-built surveys, construction layout surveys for road and bridges, environmental location surveys, and GIS related surveys.

PROJECT EXPERIENCE:

Texas Turnpike Authority Contract No. 86-1XXP5004 – The scope of work included checking horizontal and vertical control, establishing project control baseline, performing a comprehensive inventory of driveway and side street culverts along SH 45 corridor, provide cross-sections, survey existing topographic features, provide TIN model, and stake boreholes and tie locations.

TxDOT Pharr District Contract No. 21-2XXP1003 – US 77/83: From FM 3248 to FM 511 – The scope of work includes establish bench mark elevations, horizontal profile areas x-sections, vertical curves adjacent to overpass x-sections, re-construct area at FM 511 overpass, obtain topo and elevations of all drainage structures, locate horizontally and vertically all existing utilities, survey top of bridge deck, survey existing crossing road x-section and centerline, survey bearing seat elevations, provide sketch of exactly where the elevation was taken, and survey toe and top of wall and/or Rip-rap locations.

SH 6 involves environmental studies, public involvement, surveying, route studies and schematic development for improvements to SH 6 from Dosher Lane to approximately 1.3 miles north of Baylor Camp Road in McLennan County. The surveying services to be performed include Field Surveying to obtain rights-of-entry, establish secondary control points, locate and tie in existing ROW within project limits, perform drainage and utility surveys, update planimetrics, void areas and develop DTM. The owner is TxDOT Waco District Contract No. 09-145P5014.

FM 1715 - TxDOT Brownwood District Contract No. 23-0XXP1004 - Limits from FM 580 east and south to US 190 in Lampasas County. Complete right-of-way map with utility sheets, area tabulations, sign and seal the final parcel plats, field notes and set 137 Type II brass disk monuments. Completed April 1, 2002.

TxDOT Waco District Contract No. 09-145P5008 - SH 195 - Limits from 1 mile south of FM 2484 to 0.8 mile south of the Williamson County Line in Bell and Williamson Counties. Provide surveying services for Plan Preparation, Specifications and Estimates. Right-of-way data, field surveying of the topographic limits for the development of a DTM.
